The infrastructure behind
next-generation entertainment.

A vertically integrated AI entertainment company headquartered in Orlando, built from decades of distribution, brand work, and AI production — now operating as one system.

The Thesis

Traditional studios separate what we unite. A story born in development leaves to be produced, leaves again to find distribution, and leaves a third time to be monetized.

Every handoff loses time, money, and meaning. We built a single system where nothing leaves.

IP, production, commerce, distribution — operating as one continuous surface. That's the compounding advantage. That's the bet.

Chapter One — Leadership

Built by operators, not theorists.

Chris Surrey

Co-Founder & President

Founder of PaintBox Labs — the Orlando-based creative production company continuing as Dream Builders through statutory conversion. Two decades producing Fortune 500 campaigns for Universal, Sony, Toyota, and the NFL. Executive Producer on These Final Hours (NAACP nominated). Recognized by Clio, Addy, Telly, Brand Film, and ANA In-House Excellence Awards. Also operates ThinkDiffusion Studios, the AI-native production workflow platform.

Andre Forde

Co-Founder & CEO

Four-time founder with three prior exits, including ImageCafe (acquired by Network Solutions 1999, $23M). Founder of Drop.tv — the multicultural distribution platform published across 500M+ connected devices on Roku, Fire TV, Samsung TV+, LG Channels, Google TV, and Apple TV. Also founded Dula.ai, the Berkshire-backed AI preventive healthcare platform partnered with Aflac. Earlier career at IBM across marketing, multimedia development, and hardware deployments at classified government sites.

Avani Patel

Each pillar operates commercially today — and compounds when paired with the others.

Distribution

Drop.tv

The multicultural entertainment distribution platform published across 500M+ connected devices — Roku, Fire TV, Samsung TV+, LG Channels, Google TV, Apple TV. Live since December 2025 with 250K monthly views and a growing Latin audience. Founded by Andre Forde; Dream Builders operates under a commercial distribution relationship.

Commerce

BLCK.LIVE

AI-powered live commerce platform trusted by 300+ Fortune 500 and DTC brands. Converts content into conversation and conversation into conversion — QVC-style programming for a post-linear audience. Co-founded by Andre Forde; Dream Builders operates under a commercial partnership with BLCK.LIVE.

Production

PaintBox Labs / ThinkDiffusion Studios

Two decades of Fortune 500 creative and AI-native production work — Universal, Sony, Toyota, NFL. PaintBox Labs is the operating production company continuing as Dream Builders through statutory conversion. ThinkDiffusion Studios operates under Project Dream, an AI production fellowship backed by ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and Google DeepMind.

Physical Infrastructure

Orlando Production Campus

Dream Builders operates from a 9,952 square foot production campus on 2.39 acres in Ocoee, FL — LED volume stage, sound stages, editorial post, and live commerce broadcast infrastructure under one roof. The facility is held separately from the operating company and leased to Dream Builders at arm's-length terms — a standard production-company structure that keeps the operating entity lean while giving it full access to production-grade infrastructure.

Most companies in this space are either technology companies pretending to be studios, or studios pretending to understand technology. Dream Builders is the rare team that actually operates both.

Live
Operational Status

Infrastructure is live today — production, post, and live commerce are all active.

The Four Zones
Zone 01

Create

Sound stages, LED volume capture, and virtual production — where IP becomes performance. Dual-format ready: vertical and horizontal captured simultaneously.

Zone 02

Edit

Editorial suites, color, sound mixing, and AI-accelerated post workflows. The same pipeline that produced HHN 30 and two decades of Fortune 500 campaigns.

Zone 03

Commerce

Live commerce broadcast infrastructure integrated into production — enabling shoppable content at the moment of creation, not bolted on afterward.

Zone 04

Distribute

Direct publishing workflow into 500M+ connected devices. Finished content moves from edit bay to distribution network without leaving the building.
